Just spoke with Margaret Van Deusen, Chief Legal Council at Charles River Watershed Association. She says their lawsuit (CRWA and Conservation Law Foundation) against Mass Highway demanding that polluted run off be cleaned up is still pending. She thanked me for letting her know about this and is sending the information on the Lake Nipmuc problem to Cynthia Liebman, the CLF attorney handling the case. So nothing immediate but maybe we can use this to get some action and, at least, our voice is being heard.
