·        Meeting opened at 7:00pm

·        Membership Update – New Member Reported : Justine Brewer

·        Treasurer’s Report – There is a balance of $1019.21 available in the account.

Fundraising

o       Ice – Out

§         Still up in the air on where Old Man Winter will be placed due to internet issues

§         Ileen will work on tickets and logging entries as they come in

§         Mark and Ileen will make flyers/posters

§         Ted will work on technology aspect

§         Shirley will continue work on Old Man Winter and will be making a question and answer flyer. She will also be putting the event in the Town Crier. She will also talk to Jimmy Quirk about putting tickets at the Steak House

§         Joan will contact Comcast about internet price at town beach

§         Ticket price will be $5.00 per guess

§         There will be six prizes 1^st prize - $500, 2^nd prize - $300, 3^rd prize - $200, 4^th 5^th and 6th prize - $100

§         Tickets will go on sale on December 15^th and end February 15th

o       Ice Fishing Derby

§         Will be held February 6^th in the town beach house rain date is February 14^th

§         Mark presented one of the raffle prizes to the board

§         Mark asked the board if they would be willing to purchase an Ice fishing shelter as a raffle prize. They accepted and the purchase will be made
